摘　　要：以西部人才需求、东部(沪苏浙等高校集中地区)人才供给为背景,从动力学角度出发,建立西部-东部人才需求-供给系统,定量研究人才西输及人力资源开发利用中,西、东联动双赢战略,从理论分析和数值计算两方面讨论了系统平衡态的稳定性。并且数值模拟的结果与理论推导的结论基本吻合。分析表明,通过调节参数可以使系统处于稳定发展的区域中,即人才需求-供给系统可以通过政策调控等手段达到稳定。Taking the talent resources structure for China as background,a talent demand-supply model for west-east has been established in this paper.Three equilibrium points of this system are obtained.Then the stability of equilibrium points,bifurcation are analyzed as well,which agree well with the numerical simulations.The results suggest that,the dynamical behaviors of these equilibrium points could be controlled in a suitable scope by modulating the parameters of the system.
