摘  要:拮抗西贡蕉枯萎病菌的木霉菌株gz-2是一株具有生防潜力的拮抗菌,依据其形态特征和ITS序列将其鉴定为哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum Rifai)。gz-2菌株的生物学特性测定结果表明,该菌株最适宜在马铃薯蔗糖琼脂(PSA)培养基上生长;蔗糖、酵母膏分别为最佳碳氮源;菌丝最适生长温度范围为28-30℃;最适pH5.0-6.0;不同光照条件对该菌产孢影响明显。对西贡蕉枯萎病的盆栽防治试验结果表明,gz-2菌株对西贡蕉枯萎病具有一定的防效,其中每隔7 d施1次gz-2固体菌剂处理的防治效果最好,在伤根接种60 d后,平均防效达到74.4%。Trichoderma strain gz-2 is a potential bioeontrol agent against Fusarium wilt of Saigon banana. The strain was identified as Tri- choderrna harzianum Rifai based on its morphological characteristics and sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacer region of the ribosomal DNA (ITS). The biological characteristics of strain gz-2 were studied. The results showed that the growth rate and conidia number of the biocontrol strain were faster and more in PSA medium than those in other media. Sucrose and yeast extract were the optimum carbon source and nitrogen source for vegetative growth and sporulation, respectively. The optimum temperature for mycelium growth and conidial germination was 28 - 30 'E, and the optimum pH value was 5.0 - 6.0. Light conditions had obvious influences on sporulations of the biocontrol strain. The results of pot experiment of strain gz-2 against Saigon banana Fusafium wilt indicated that the control effect of strain gz-2 against Saigon banana Fusarium wilt was best when solid strain gz-2 was used once in a week. The average control effect reached 74.4% 60 days after being inoculated with injured root.
