摘  要:为比较西北野生分布或栽培的6种灌木耐旱形态特征,为其广泛应用于生态建设与园林绿化提供依据,利用石蜡制片法,选择叶片厚度、角质层厚度、栅栏组织/海绵组织等11项叶片抗旱性形态指标对互叶醉鱼草、金叶莸、蒙古莸、文冠果、蒙古扁桃、柄扁桃等6种灌木的叶片进行了解剖结构观察,筛选出6项在反映6种灌木基于叶片解剖结构的抗旱能力上具有代表性的指标:具有较厚的角质层、表皮有附属物、栅栏组织发达、维管组织和导管发达、富含粘液细胞和含晶细胞。which distribute in the northwest wild or cultivated,and to provide the basis for that will be used for ecological construction and landscaping.The morphology anatomical structure of six specices (Buddieja alternifolia,Caryopteris×clandonensis.' Worcester Gold ',Caryopteris mongholica Bunge,Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge,Rosaceae Amygdalus mongolica,Rosaceae Amygdalus pedunculata) were observed.By means of paraffin sections,the author chose different features,such as the leaf thickness,the chticula thickness,the palisade tissue to sponge tissue,to consider the difference of the six species.the author chose six indicators,which had typicalness of leave morphology anatomical structure on the six species:with thick cuticle,epidermal appendage,well-developed palisade tissue,sponge tissue and vessel,rich in mucous cells and crystal-containing cells.
