摘  要:为了建立适于叶底红的高效组织培养再生体系,以无菌苗继代培养获得的丛生芽为外植体,在6种不同基本培养基单因子试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验设计探讨了6-BA、NAA、KT等3种植物生长调节剂的不同配比对叶底红增殖系数的影响。结果表明,B5、MS的增殖系数都极显著高于其他4种基本培养基,且二者差异不显著;生长调节剂对增殖系数的影响大小依次为6-BA>KT>NAA,不同配比的增殖系数差异较大(1.48~3.62),添加6-BA1.2mg/L、NAA0.4mg/L和KT0.1mg/L更有利于叶底红的增殖。可见,基本培养基以B5、MS为佳,不同生长调节剂配比对叶底红增殖系数的影响很大。The study aimed to establish the high-efficiency tissue culture regeneration system suitable for Phyllagathis fordii.With the multiple bud of seedling as explants,on the base of single factor experiment for basal medium,the influences of different hormone proportioning on the propagation coefficient of Phyllagathis fordii by using orthogonal experimental design L 9 (3 4) were discussed.The propagation coefficient on B 5,MS medium were obviously higher than others,and the two had little difference;the effects of hormone on propagation coefficient,according to their influencing difference,are as follows:6-BA KT NAA,the influences of hormone proportioning had obviously difference(1.48-3.62),and the optimized hormone proportioning is as follows:6-BA 1.2 mg/L,NAA 0.4 mg/L,KT 0.1 mg/L.The optimal basic media is B 5,MS;the effects of hormone on propagation coefficient of Phyllagathis fordii were great.
