摘　　要：21世纪是中国科技期刊发展的新阶段,期刊市场的竞争日趋激烈,如何提高科技期刊的竞争力是期刊发展的关键问题,越来越受到人们的关注。作者分析了中国科技期刊的发展现状,并结合了《中国畜牧兽医》的发展现状、办刊理念、管理经验。现从人力资源、经营策略和管理机制3方面探讨了提升科技期刊竞争力的策略,为科技期刊可持续发展提供参考。Chinese periodicals enter a new stage of periodical development in 21st century,because of the keen competition in periodical market,people pay more and more attention to the key problem of periodical development which how to improve the competitiveness of sci-tech periodicals.Based on the present situation,publication management concept,management experience of China Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine,study on the strategy of improving competitiveness of sci-tech core periodicals from three aspects which human resources,management strategy,management mechanism to ensure sustainable development of sci-tech periodicals.
