摘 要:在总结前人对创新人才培养模式理论与实践研究的基础上,结合涉农企业创新人才需求的国内外背景,笔者运用因果分析和决策分析的思想方法,分析中国涉农企业创新人才的获得与培养问题及其成因,从政产学研合作平台构筑的角度,提出促进涉农企业创新人才吸引和孵化的对策,具体包括构建科学合理的人才培养协商机制、人才培养价值链多环节协同机制和基于多主体利益最优的成本价值反馈机制3个方面。On the basis that summarizes the theoretic and practical research of cultivation mode for innovative talents of predecessors,combining with the background at home and abroad of demand for innovative talents of enterprises involved in agriculture,the author applied the though way of causal and decision analysis to analyze the obtainment and cultivation as well as their reasons on innovative talents of agricultural enterprises in China.From the angle of construction of cooperative platform of governments,enterprises,universities,research institutes,it proposed countermeasure to promote the attracting and hatching of innovative talents of enterprises involved in agriculture,including three aspects such as construction of scientific and reasonable coordination mechanism of talent cultivation,cooperation mechanism of multi link of value chain of talent cultivation and feedback mechanism of cost value based on maximization of benefits of multi-agent.
