摘　　要：行政中心迁移是社会经济发展的必然,古今中外有许多行政中心迁移的案例,但迁移中如何结合本地实际进行科学迁移,则一直是困扰实践的一大难题。正确的执政理念,以人为本的经营思想,因地制宜和全局性的战略性思考,皆有助于城市行政中心的科学迁移。Migration is the administrative center of the inevitable social and economic development, many of the administrative centers of ancient and modern ease of migration, but migration to the actual conduct of science with local migration, the practice has been troubled by a difficult problem. The correct concept of governance, people-oriented business ideas, according to local conditions and the overall strategic thinking, all contribute to urban migration of the administrative center scientifically.
