摘  要:低碳经济是全球实施可持续发展战略的重要组成部分,智能电网是当前电力系统电网建设的既定方向.根据资源高效、清洁利用的共通性,分析中国能源形势在低碳要求下的不利局面,简要总结智能电网的技术特点和发展目标;与电力企业的节能减碳任务相结合,展望智能电网在低碳要求下预期的建设成效,肯定智能电网在低碳经济模式下能够体现出的优越性;并结合中国电力系统的发展现状,为在低碳经济时代建设智能电网提出建议和设想.Low-carbon economy has been a crucial segment in the strategy of sustainable development, and Smart Grid is the orientation of Ghina's power system construction. The paper concentrates on the commonness of pursuing efficient use of energy source between low-carbon economy and smart grid, analyzes the state that the situation of energy source in our country goes against low-carbon economy in some ways, and summarizes the characteristics of smart grid's technology and development goals. Combining with the task of reducing carbon in power industry, it is expected that the construction of smart grid should have lots of benefits in the request of low-carbon economy, it is confirmed that smart grid manifests the superiority. At last,, with the status of China's power system development, it is brought forward that some pieces of suggestion about smart grid construction in the era of low-carbon
