摘　　要：基层图书流通站建设是一项普遍均等、惠及全民的公共文化服务。通过对基层图书流通站定位的探讨和宁波市北仑区基层图书流通站建设实践的分析,进一步提出了更新观念、完善服务的思考。Construction of Primary Library Circulation Station is a universal and equal benefit of public cultural services for all the people. This article discusses the localization of the Primary Library Circulation Station and analyzes its practice in Beilun District, Ningbo City. Further more, it proposed to update idea and improve service.
