摘　　要：依据AARC2R著录规则及USMARC格式的相关规定,对网络学术资源的种类、编目对象、编目的可行性问题、编目要点等进行了研究与探讨,并提出了搞好网络资源编目的几点看法。According to AARC2R rules for descriptive cataloguing and the related USMARC format, this paper probes into the categories of network academic resources, the catalog object, the feasibility and the major problems of cataloging, and then presents several suggestions to optimize the cataloging of network resources.
