摘　　要：数据库培训是数据库试用、购买、使用过程中重要的环节。针对数字环境下的数据库培训工作,指出面临的挑战,拿出解决的对策。旨在促进高校图书馆电子期刊数据库培训工作的合理发展。Training of Database is important tasks in probation, purchase and using of the Electronic Journals Database. This paper about Training of Database in the Digital Environment, point out some existing Challenge, Accordingly proposes measures in order to promote training of electronic journals database toward a road of reasonable development.
