摘  要:试图通过实时咨询记录来统计分析,探讨实时咨询效率问题,剖析实时咨询服务存在的问题。以广西图书馆为例,从咨询主题、咨询数量、咨询时间和咨询质量对实时咨询的服务效率进行分析,目的在于把握实时咨询服务整体运行状况,为改进服务提供依据。This paper tries to analyze the efficiency of Public Enquiry Service through the available Records and Statistics from the past, to identify the possible or potential problems of the existing Service System; take the example fi'om the Guangxi Public Library, with the inquiry topics, frequencies of inquiry, inquiry timing, and the quality of the service, etc to analyze the quality and efficiency of the existing Public Enquiry Service, and intending to manage and control the operation of overall Enquiry System, so as to provide information and reference to improve the service quality to the public.
