摘  要:灯台树(Bothrocaryum controversum)是亚热带常绿阔叶林中的常见树种.对比研究了林下、林窗和旷地3个光环境下灯台树幼苗的光合特征参数、荧光参数及叶绿素含量,结果显示:旷地下灯台树幼苗具有较低的Chla、Fv′/F′m,较高的ΦPSⅡ、QP、ETR、Chla/Chlb和Car/Chls,Amax明显升高,Rd虽然也升高,但幅度不大,且并无明显的光抑制发生.研究表明,灯台树幼苗在阳光充足的旷地环境中生长最好,并且能通过自身生理调节避免或减小高光强对植物光合机构的损伤.因此适合种植于光照充足的旷地和阳坡.The parameter of photosynthetic characteristics, parameter of fluorescence and chlorophyll content of Bothrocaryum controversum, one of the dominant species in subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forests, were determined and compared under three natural light environments (understory, gap and open). The results showed that in the open habitat, B. controversum seedlings had low Chla and F'v/F'm and high ФPSⅡ,QP,ETR, Chla/Chlb and Car/Chls. Aamx was significantly higher, Rd increased non-significantly and no significant photo-inhibition occurred, thus indicating that B. controversum seedlings will grow well in a sunny environment of open area and they can avoid or reduce the damage to photosynthetic apparatus resulting from high light intensity through their own physical conditioning. Therefore, this tree species should be planted in open areas with adequate light.
