摘  要:以尾赤桉继代幼苗茎段作为外植体,研究不同质量分数组合的TDZ/NAA对愈伤和不定芽分化及植株再生培养的影响.结果表明:改良MS+TDZ 0.05 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L培养基效果最好,可获得高达80%的不定芽诱导,每个愈伤组织可以产生10~20个有效芽.获得的分化苗在无TDZ和NAA培养基中的壮苗效果好.Stem segments of hybrid plants of E. urophylla × E. camaldulensis were used as explants to study the induction of calli, the differentiation of adventitious buds and the regeneration of plantlets with different concentration combinations of TDZ and NAA. Results indicated that the optimal medium of regeneration was modified MS + TDZ 0.05 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L, which gave an induction rate of adventitious buds as high as 80%. From each piece of callus 10-20 greenish shoots were induced. The adventitious buds grew well in the medium with both TDZ and NAA excluded.
