对清理规范地方政府融资平台的思考与建议

摘　　要：2010年6月10日,国务院下发了《关于加强地方政府融资平台管理有关问题的通知》,要求银行业金融机构坚持按照"逐包打开、逐笔核对、重新评估、整改保全"的原则进行全面清理。本文从辩证看待地方政府融资平台、分析政府融资平台风险、对待政府融资平台发展三个方面,对地方政府融资平台清理谈几点认识并提出相关建议。The State Council issued ＂Circular on Strengthening the Management of Local Government Financing Platform＂ on June 10,2010 requiring banking institutions to inspect and regulate the loan packages following the guidelines of disassembling loan packages, reviewing case by case, revaluation and rectification. This article analyses the risks and trend of the local financing platform in an objective view, and proposed suggestions to rectify the local government financing platform.
