摘　　要：研究目的:提出科学制定中国高校建设用地标准的思路与方法。研究方法:文献资料法和比较分析法。研究结果:高校建设用地构成、高校类型划分、指标结构是中国高校建设用地标准的关键问题;确定了各类高校用地的测算指标。研究结论:对5个学科门类和2个重点建设模式高校,分别规定了生均建设用地指标,可以作为中国高等学校建设用地审批、规划设计和监督检查等决策行为的参考技术标准。The purpose of this paper is to put forward the logic and method for making a scientific construction land standards for higher education institutions in China. Methods employed are documentation and comparative analysis. The results indicate： （ 1 ）the composition of construction land in higher education institutions, the classification of higher education institutions, and the index structure are the key research issues of making the construction land standard for higher education institutions in China; （2）the evaluation index system of various land uses of higher education institutions has been set up. It is concluded： （1）the construction land quota per student have been measured according to 5 discipline categories and 2 key construction modes; （2）these quotas can serve as referential technical standards for the land use application, land use planning design, and the land use monitoring of higher education institutions in China.
