摘　　要：采用RFID(无线射频识别)技术,在区域卫生信息化和全国协同医疗逐步开展的基础上,将公民个人身份标识、医疗健康信息和相应软硬件集于统一的管理平台,使其兼顾各地区各医院的"医疗卡"、"医保卡"和"社保卡",成为可全国通用的公民"协同医疗卡"或"社保卡"。Technology of RFID is applied into this research. Based on network of regional medical and hygiene service information system, the management platform includes not only the citizen＇ s information of identity and medical health but also the corresponding software and hardware, in which the Medical Treatment Card, the Medical Insurance Card and the Social Insurance Card in variety of areas and hospitals can be identified. That is to mean, those cards change into the Coordination Medical Card or Social Insurance Card which can be generally used all over the country.
