摘  要:网络预约挂号正在逐渐普及,通过预约挂号,人们可以大大节省在医院排队挂号与排队就诊的时间。然而出于各种安全因素考虑,很多医院不愿把数据库服务器直接或间接与互联网连接。这样,需要维护人员通过移动媒介手工修改出诊时间和接收挂号人员信息,降低了工作效率。提出了一种基于网闸的物理隔绝的网络预约挂号系统,对比没有网闸的预约系统,有如下优势:出诊信息通过网闸同步到外网服务器;预约挂号患者的信息通过网闸同步到内网;预约服务窗口仅需确认挂号患者身份而无需连接外网。预约挂号系统无需人工维护即可完成预约挂号的全过程,提高了工作效率。Online appointment registration is more and more popular because it saves time on waiting for registration and seeing a doctor. However, for the reason of safety or other, database server in hospital is not connected with internet. So manually maintaining of web server and hospital server is necessary, which causes inefficiency, in this paper, we propose an implementation of online appointment registration on physically isolated network based on GAP. Contrast to implementation without GAP, our method has such advantages: outpatient clinic table is synchronized with hospital database; Appointments on internet are delivered into hospital database; Only confirmation is needed to register a patient when he/she is on site without accessing internet. The system in our paper can runs without manual maintaining. Therefore, it is more efficient than the system without GAP.
