摘 要:从水驱后的残余油图象与三元复合体系驱替后的图象对比及残余油驱替过程入手,深入剖析了残余油在水驱和三元复合驱过程中的受力变化情况,阐明了各种残余油被三元复合体系驱替的内在原因:三元复合体系使油水之间界面张力降低和介质润湿性改变而引起的毛细管力和粘附力大大降低,甚至使毛细管力由阻力变为驱油动力,是三元复合驱驱替柱状残余油和簇状残余油的主要机理;三元复合体系降低粘附力和内聚力的作用是驱替膜状残余油的内在因素;三元复合驱降低内聚力使孤岛状残余油在下游端拉出油丝、拉断、逐渐分散成较小油滴,变小后的油珠容易通过细小孔喉,最终将孤岛状残余油驱走。Chemical components analysis of the produced fluids of ASP flood in Area Xing2 of Daqing oil field indicates that during field test there are higher concentrated polymer and other injected chemicals among the late period produced fluids, and these produced components can be reused. Using the produced fluid and different reformulated system to do various oil displacement experiment study with artificial physical model, the result shows that if using the produced fluid flooding alone recovery factor can be increased 16.0% on the water flooding basis, using its reformulated ASP system, recovery factor can be increased 23.6%, and using the produced fluid as protective slug of the reformulated system, recovery factor can be increased 31.5%. These figures fairly match with that of water formulated ASP flooding. The result of the experiment study provides three kinds of method of using ASP flooding produced fluid and has a very important practical significance.
