紫外分光光度法测定胃炎合剂中盐酸普鲁卡因的含量

摘　　要：目的建立胃炎合剂中盐酸普鲁卡因含量的测定方法。方法紫外分光光度法。以6．82μg／ml的庆大霉素溶液为空白对照，测定波长为290nm。结果在0．477～14．31μg/ml的浓度范围内盐酸普鲁卡因的吸光度与浓度的线性关系良好（r=0．9997），加样回收率为99．83％（RSD=0．30％，n=6）。结论本方法操作简便，灵敏度高快速，稳定，重现性好，可以用于胃炎合剂中盐酸普鲁卡因的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of the contents of the procaine hydrochloride in gastritis mistura by UV spectrophotometery. Methods The determination was performed by using gentamicin sulfate（6. 82μg/ml） as control substance, with the wavelength set at 290 nm. Results The absorbency and concentration of procaine hydrochloride had good linearity in the range of 0. 477 -14. 31 μg/ml （r = 0. 9997）. The average recovery rate was 99. 83% （ RSD = 0. 30% , n = 6）. Conclusion The method is easy to operate, highly accurate, reproducible and can be applied to determine the content of procaine hydrochloride in gastritis mistura.
