摘　　要：在城市圈战略发展规划的指引下,太原城市圈的建设要摆脱资源依赖路径,优化和调整产业结构,加快与周边区域的统筹协调发展,通过转变政府职能,推进城镇空间发展格局,以太原城市圈引领转型发展,促进山西崛起。Guided by the urban circle strategical development plan, the construction of Taiyuan urban circle is aimed at breaking away from resource-dependent path, optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure, speeding up the coordinated development with the surrounding areas, and through transforming the government functions, promoting urban spatial development pattern, and leading the transformation and development under the guidance of Taiyuan urban circle, and accelerating the rise of Shanxi Province.
