摘　　要：金属在真空中退火是真空热处理的一种工艺,目前在钛、锆等稀有金属材料的加工中应用广泛。详细介绍了VTS-80真空退火炉的应用、结构及主要部件的设计。The vacuum annealing of metal, which is a kind of technology of vacuum heat treatment, has been widely used in the processing of rare metal materials such as titanium, and zirconium, etc.This paper introduces in detail the application and structure of VTS-80 vacuum annealing furnace and the design of major components of VTS-80 vacuum annealing furnace.
