摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在临床药物治疗中的作用及其意义。方法通过临床药师对药物治疗方案的干预,对比干预前后的用药情况及疗效差异。结果临床药师参与药物治疗方案的制定及调整,可提高临床疗效、降低费用、缩短疗程、减少药物不良反应。结论临床药师将药学理论知识和临床实践相结合,可不断提高药物治疗水平,在治疗团队中实现自己的价值。Objective To discuss the role of clinical pharmacist played in pharmacotherapy. Methods contrast to the drug using and therapeutic effect by clinical pharmacist intervention the therapeutic regimen. Results Pharmacists intervention on clinical regimen improved the clinical effect, shortened the course of treatment and reduced the adverse drug reaction. Conclusion Clinical Pharmacists can improve the therapeutic effect and show their own value within the group so long as they try to enrich and enlarge their technical knowledge and clinical experience.
