摘 要:目的检测HBsAg阴性献血者HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc及HBVDNA。探讨加强对献血者隐匿性乙型肝炎检出的必要性及输血安全的重要性。方法收集2108例志愿献血的血液样本,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测其乙型肝炎五项标志物;核酸扩增及检测技术检测HBVDNA。结果 2108例献血者中,共有42份血清呈HBVDNA阳性,检出率达2.08%。其中,HBsAg(+)、HBcAb(+)组占4.35%(1/23);HBsAb(+)、HBeAb(+),HBcAb(+)组占8.16%(8/98);HBsAb(+)组为2.00%(13/651);HBeAg(+)、HBeAb(+)组占8.00%(4/50);HBeAb(+)组占4.67%(5/107);五项血清标志物均为阴性的一组为1.05%(11/1052)。结论联合检测献血者乙型肝炎五项标志物和HBVDNA,有助于提高隐匿性乙型肝炎检出率,并可增加临床输血的安全性。Objective To explore the essentiality of increasing detection of insidious hepatitis and safety of blood transfusion by detections of serous HBsAg、 HBsAb 、 HBeAg 、 HBeAb 、 HBeAb and HBV DNA. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was applied to detect hepatitis B virus markers and polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to detect the serous HBV DNA. Results Totally 2108 samples from blood donors were examined,the positive rate of HBV DNA was 2. 08%. The rate of the HBsAg positive and HBcAb positive group,the HBsAb positive, HBeAb positive and HBcAb positive group, the HBsAb positive group, the HBeAg positive and HBeAb positive group, the HBeAb positive group and the all hepatitis B virus markers negative group were4. 35% ,8.16% ,2.00% ,8.00% ,4. 67% and 1.05% ,respectively. Conclusion The combined detection of hepatitis B virus markers and HBV DNA is useful for elevating the detection of insidious hepatitis and enhancing the safety of blood transfusion.
