虫草肾茶方治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清瘦素水平与营养状态的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨虫草肾茶方治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）患者血清瘦素（Leptin）与营养状态的影响。方法选择86例CRF患者,随机分为试验组（43例）和对照组（43例）,两组患者均予常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服虫草肾茶方。分析CRF患者的血清Leptin与血清前白蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白、体重指数（BMI）之间的相关关系,比较不同营养程度患者之间各项临床化学指标差别是否有统计学意义。结果 CRF患者的血清PA、Alb、TB和BMI水平随着营养不良程度的加重均逐渐降低（P〈0.05）,而Leptin水平则逐渐升高（P〈0.05）;经虫草肾茶方治疗后,治疗组与对照组组间比较PA、ALB、HB、BMI显著升高（P〈0.05）;而Leptin则下降更显著（P〈0.05）;相关性分析表明,Leptin与PA、ALB、HB、BMI均成负相关关系（均P〈0.05）。结论虫草肾茶方可有效降低CRF患者血清Leptin,升高PA、ALB、HB、BMI水平,改善了CRF营养不良患者营养状态,提高了患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of serum leptin on nutritional status of chronic renal failure patients treated with choog eao shen cha fang. Methods Eighty six patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into PN plus group （n=43） and PN group （n=43）.Two group patients were received routine cure,the PN plus group was treated with choog cao shen cha fang extra.Analyze chronic renal failure patients＇correlation among serum Leptin and prealbumin, albumin,hemoglobin, body mass index （BMI）;and compare the different nutritional status patients＇difference with each clinical chemistry targets to know about whether they have statistical significance. Results The serum PA, AIb, TB, and BMI levels of patients with CRF increased with the severity of malnutrition was decreased （P〈0.05）, while the Leptin level was gradually increased （P〈0.05）; after treatment by Choog cao shen cha fang, the serum PA, ALB, HB, BMI increased significantly in the treatment group than the control group （P〈O.05）; while Leptin decreased more significantly （P〈0.05） ; correlatiou analysis showed that, Leptin and the PA, ALB, HB, BMI were negatively correlated （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Choog cao shen cha fang can reduce serum Leptin levels and elevate PA, ALB, HB, BMI levels in CRF patients, which improved nutritional status of CRF patients with malnutrition and improve quality of life.
