摘 要:目的探讨多媒体案例教学法对口腔学教学效果的影响。方法以传统教学法为对照,比较多媒体案例教学法的满意度、专业知识笔试和基本临床技能考试成绩。结果多媒体案例教学法的平均满意度为95%,与传统医学教学法比较,专业知识笔试成绩差异无统计学意义(P=0.15),临床技能考核成绩差异有统计学意义(P=0.00)。结论多媒体案例教学法对于口腔学教学满意度高,优势明显,尤其在临床技能考核方面。Objective To investigate the effects of applying multimedia case methods to Oralogy teaching. Methods Compared to the degree of satisfaction, the specialized knowledge written examination and the basic clinical skill test result between the multimedia Case Methods and the traditional teaching methods. Results The degree of satisfaction of Multimedia Case Methods was 95%, Compared to the traditional teaching methods, there was not significant e statistics difference (P=0.00) on the specialized knowledge written examination and statistics notable difference (P=0.15) on the basic clinical skill test result. Conclusion The effects of applying muhimedia case methods to Oralogial teaching was satisfactory and the superiority was obvious, especially in the aspect of clinical skill test.
