交锁髓内钉治疗尺桡骨中段双骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨交锁髓内钉治疗尺桡骨中段双骨折效果。方法自2007年3月～2009年5月,我院收治17例尺桡骨中段双骨折病例,对17例病例均采用闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定。结果术后随访18个月,均达到骨折临床愈合标准。根据Anderson评分标准：本组优10例,良5例,可2例,优良率达到88.24%。结论交锁髓内钉固定是治疗尺桡骨中段双骨折的良好方法。Objective To study the effect of interlocking intramedullary nailing in treating middle-part adius and ulna fracture. Methods From March 2007 to May 2009, Our hospital treated 17 cases of middle-part adius and ulna fracture, 17 cases were fixed with interlocking intramedullary nailing. Results All of cases were followed up for 18 month, and all of them were reached the standard of clinical healing. According to Anderson＇s evaluation standar, this group of excellent in 10 cases, better in 5 cases, good in 2 cases. Excellent rate of 88.24%. Conclusions Interlocking intramedullary nail is a good way to treating middle-part adius and ulna fracture.
