摘　　要：目的观察手术治疗60例髋臼骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2006年3月～2008年3月收治的60例髋臼骨折患者的临床资料,观察复位质量与临床疗效。结果髋关节解剖复位37例,优良率83.8%。结论解剖复位加良好内固定是保证疗效的基础。Objective To observe the clinical effect to 60 cases with acetabular fracture. Methods we analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of 60 cases with acetabular fracture in our department during 2006.3-2008.3. To observe the replacing quantity and clinical effect. Results Thirty-seven patients reached anatomic reduction. The good quality was 83.8%.Conclusion Anatomic reduction combined good internal fixation is the base of good clinical effect.
