摘　　要：在各种脱碳塔中，采用ＤＪ塔板替换浮阀、筛板和填料，实现了扩能降耗，取得了经济效益。实践表明，ＤＪ塔板能与高液气比的脱碳操作达到理想匹配。In various CO2removal towers, float valve trays, sieve trays and packings are replaced by DJ trays, realizing capacity increase and energy consumption reduction and obtaining economic benefit. Practice shows that DJ trays can ideally match CO2removal operation at a high liquidgas ratio.
