麻风患者联合化疗疗效评估及寿命表法的应用研究

摘　　要：目的了解完成联合化疗的麻风患者的疗效,并探讨寿命表法在麻风患者疗效评估方面的应用前景。方法采用历史队列研究的方法,收集玉溪市1986-2006年完成联合化疗的369例麻风患者的临床资料,结果用SPSS15.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果 369例麻风患者中,男270例(占73.17%),女99例(占26.83%);农民334例(占90.51%),小学及以下文化程度者244例(占66.14%);联合化疗治疗后复发率为0,中位治愈时间为5.07(3.99,6.23)年,寿命表法计算结果显示,在接受治疗2～6年内累计治愈率为88.30%,确诊15年后累计的生存概率为84.62%。结论寿命表法在计算累计治愈率方面具有连续性和动态性特征,可用于麻风的疗效评估;麻风联合化疗治愈时间较短,累计生存概率较高,寿命表法在评估麻风病化疗疗效方面有良好的应用前景。Objective To understand the efficacy of leprosy after using multidrug therapy（MDT）,and to explore the prospect of efficacy assessment among the leprosy using life-table method.Method Using historical cohort method,a total of 369 leprosy case information were collected from 1986 to 2006 in Yuxi City of Yunnan Province,and these data were analyzed by SPSS15.0.Result Among the 369 cases of leprosy,73.17% were males,and 90.51% of them were farmers,and 66.10% of them received primary school and below education,the MDT recurrence rate was 0,and the median of the cure time was 5.07（3.99,6.23）years in this study.Using Life-table method the accumulative cure rate was 88.30% these patients were received MDT from 2 to 6 years,and the accumulative survival rate was 84.62% these patients have been diagnosed leprosy 15 years in this study.Conclusion Life-table method is continuity and dynamic in calculating the accumulative cure rate and accumulative survival rate,it can be used to assess the efficacy of leprosy;MDT is short cure time and high accumulative survival rate,and Life-table method has a good prospect in assessing the effects of chemotherapy of leprosy.
