以视神经萎缩为首发症状的晚期神经梅毒1例

摘　　要：患者男,57岁。进行性视力下降3年,伴双下肢无力和麻木2月。17年前曾有非婚性接触史。眼底荧光造影示:双眼视神经萎缩。血清及脑脊液检查示:TPPA均阳性,RPR检查均阴性。诊断:神经梅毒(晚期)。经青霉素治疗后视力较前好转。Male patient,57 years old,physically dropped in sight for 3 years and both lower limbs were numb for 2 months.He had sexual activities 17 years ago when he was unmarried.The fundus fluorescein angiography says optic atrophy with both eyes.Both the test of seru and cerebrospinal fluid show TPPA positive and RPR negative.Diagnosis：late neurosyphilis.The visual acuity was promote by the treatment of penicillin.
