摘　　要：目的评价可调脉宽532激光治疗毛细血管扩张症的疗效及安全性。方法对入选的125例毛细血管扩张症患者用波长532nm的激光进行治疗,疗程结束后评估疗效、副作用及复发情况。并分析不同治疗次数、治疗部位的疗效差异。结果治疗2次治愈率为53.60%,有效率94.40%;3次分别为68.00%,98.40%;4次为72.80%,99.20%;5次为76.00%,100.00%。颜面部毛细血管扩张症比酒渣鼻性毛细血管扩张症的治愈率高。仅有2例患者出现暂时性色素沉着,电话随访半年均无复发。结论可调脉宽532激光治疗毛细血管扩张症安全有效。毛细血管扩张症患者经过2次治疗取得明显效果,经过3次治疗大多治愈。颜面部毛细血管扩张症比酒渣鼻性毛细血管扩张症的治愈率高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of variable pulse width 532nm laser in the treatment of telan- giectasis. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 125 patients with telanglectasis treated with variable pulse width 532nm laser. The efficiency was judged by comparing pre- and post-treatment photo- graphs. Side effects and recurrence were recorded through follow-up. Results The recovery rate were 53.6% and the effective rate was 94.40% after 2 times of treatment; 68% and 98.4% after 3 times, 72.8% and 99.2% after 4 times, 76% and 100% ＇after 5 times respectivclly. The recovery rate of telangi- eetasis on face was higher than on the nasal. Two cases developed mild provisional hyperpigmentation. No recurrence occurred during a 6-month follow-up period. Conclusion Variable pulse width 532nm laser was effective and safe in the treatment of telangiectasis. The effect was obvious after two times of treatment. Most patients recovered after three times treatment. The recovery rate of facial telangiectasis was higher than the nasal＇s.
