红光联合中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨红光联合中药面膜在寻常痤疮治疗中的疗效与安全性。方法 168例寻常痤疮患者按1∶1∶1配对依照就诊顺序分为3组:红光组、中药面膜组和联合组,治疗4周后进行疗效评估,治疗结束后4周随访评估复发情况。结果红光组、中药面膜组和联合组有效率分别为72.00%,76.79%,90.32%,联合组有效率均高于红光组及中药面膜组(P<0.05)。结论红光联合中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮疗效好,不良反应少,优于单用疗法。Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of Red light combined with traditional Chinese drug facial mask in the treatment of ache vulgaris. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight patients with ache valgaris were divided into red light group, traditional chinese drug facial mask group and combina- tion group. The treatment period was four weeks. Results The total effective rates of the red light group, traditional Chinese dnlg facial mask group and combination group were 72.00% ,76.78% and 90.32% respectively, the effective rate of combination group was higher than Red light group and traditional Chinese drug facial mask group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Red light eombined with traditional Chinese drug facial mask is an effective and safe method treating ache vulgaris, which is better than any other single way.
