摘　　要：骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)具有自我增殖和多向分化的潜能,可向外胚层分化并形成神经元和神经胶质细胞。实验研究证明其对坐骨神经的损伤有一定的修复作用,尤其适用于长段神经的损伤修复。本文将对BMSCs促进坐骨神经损伤修复的研究进展作一综述。Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells（BMSCs） possess the potential of self-duplication,multi-directional differentiation,and also the ability to differentiate（in the direction of ectoderm） into neuron and neuroglial cells in vitro as well as to promote the reparation of sciatic nerve injury in vivo,especially for the reparation of the long-segment nerve.Progress in repair of sciatic nerve injury by BMSCs has been reviewed in this article.
