摘　　要：目的:了解面部除皱患者特殊的心理特征,提出相应的心理疏导方式。方法:应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对60例面部除皱患者的心理状况进行测评。分别于入院时、手术前及术后进行评分,手术后观察记录焦虑、疼痛情况。结果:观察组的焦虑和疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:加强护理宣教,及时了解患者心理状况,改变不适当的状态和行为,有助于患者增强治疗信心,促进康复。Objective To understand the face lift special patients＂ psychological characteristics, and put forward the corresponding psychological counseling. Methods using anxiety scale （SAS） self-evaluation of 60 patients except knit psychological status evaluation. Respectively on admission and before the operation, with SAS anxiety rating scale and self-evaluation observation records after surgery, pain, anxiety. Results the observation group of pain and anxiety significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion to strengthen the propaganda, timely, change the mental state of improper behaviors and help patients treated, promote health enhancement confidence.
