摘  要:以工业硫磺和液氯为主要原料,一步法直接制备二氯化硫。确定了合成反应最佳工艺条件:起始反应温度100~110℃,氯气通入时间(即反应时间)6h,通氯气量75L/h,精制蒸馏温度60~65℃,稳定剂三氯化磷用量0.1%~0.3%。在此工艺条件下制备的二氯化硫收率可达80%以上。Sulfur dichloride was prepared by direct reaction of sulfur with chlorine.By using conditional experiment,an optimum processing for preparation of sulfur dichloride was reached.The suitable conditions were as follows:reaction temperature was 100110,reaction time was 6 hours,the flow rate of chlorine gas was 75Lh\+\{-1\}, purifying distillation temperature of sulfur dichloride was 6065,stable agent phosphorus trichloride was 0.1%0.3% by mass of crude sulfur dichloride.The yield of the product was over 80%.\=
