摘  要:采用抑菌率法测定水稻内生巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)菌株B196与25%戊唑醇乳油混配对水稻纹枯病菌的毒力,并测定其对水稻纹枯病的防治作用。结果表明:菌株B196与25%戊唑醇乳油以质量比为11.36∶1的混剂对抑制水稻纹枯病菌的生长有增效作用,其共毒系数(CTC)为185,以150mg/L的有效剂量进行盆栽防治,防效为77.72%;当田间有效施用量为46.88g a.i./hm2时,田间防治效果为74.71%。混剂在盆栽和田间对水稻纹枯病的防效均比单用菌株B196和25%戊唑醇乳油的高。The co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) of an endogenous Bacillus strain B196 mixture with tebuconazole 25% EC on Rhizoctonia solani was evaluated by using growth rate method and the effect of the mixture on rice sheath blight was also tested both in pot and in field. The result showed that an endogenous Bacillus strain B196 mixture with tebuconazole 25% EC had synergism with co-toxicity coefficient(CTC) of 185 on the pathogen. The effect of the mixture with concentration of 150 mg/L on rice sheath blight was 77.72% in pot. In the field trial test,the mixture was sprayed at 46.88 g a.i./ha and showed 74.71% controlling effect. Meanwhile,the mixture was more effective in reducing rice sheath blight than that of an endogenous Bacillus strain B196 and tebuconazole 25% EC alone.
