摘 要:介绍了50 t^100 t真空锭模设计参数的选取、设计计算方法。我们将此系列钢锭的高径比设定在1.3~1.45,钢锭锥度设定为3.5%。这样的设计使得锭身重量占钢锭总重量的77%~80%,帽口重量占钢锭重量的17%~20%,锭尾重量占钢锭重量的3%。该系列钢锭模提高了钢锭的利用率并有效促进夹杂物的上浮,减少了二次缩孔出现的几率,保证了钢锭的质量。This article has basically introduced the parameters' selection and the calculation method during the mould design for 50~100 tons vacuum cast ingoting.After optimizing,we decide to make the height diameter ratio as 1.3 ~1.45,ingot taper as 3.5%,and then,the weight of ingot body takes up 77%~80% of the whole ingot,the weight of ingot riser takes up 17%~20% of the whole ingot,and the weight of ingot bottom end takes up 3% of the whole ingot.All this can make the ingot mould systematical,increase the utilization ratio of the ingot,promote the floating upward of the inclusions,reduce the secondary shrinkage hole,and make sure the quality of the ingots.
