摘 要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为还原剂、FePO4为铁源,水热还原合成LiFePO4/C,分析了PVA用量对产物形貌和性能的影响。XRD、XPS、红外光谱及SEM分析表明:在水热条件下,PVA能完全将三价铁还原为二价铁,得到橄榄石结构的LiFePO4。产物的形貌因PVA用量的不同略显差异。电化学性能测试表明:随着PVA用量的增加,产物的电化学性能提高。PVA用量为3.0 g的产物,在2.0~4.5 V的0.1C首次放电比容量为160.8 mAh/g,以5.0C循环50次,容量保持率为96.9%。LiFePO4/C was prepared via a hydrothermal method using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as reducing agent and FePO4 as Fe source. The effects of PVA dosage on the morphology and performance of the products were analyzed. XRD, XPS, FT-IR and SEM analyses indicated that ferric salt could be reduced to ferrous salt completely by PVA under the hydrothermal condition and the olivine structure LiFePO4 was obtained. The morphology of the products changed slightly with the changing of PVA dosage. The electrochemical performance test showed that the electrochemical performance of products improved with the increasing of PVA dosage. The 0. 1 C initial specific discharge capacity of the product with PVA dosage of 3.0 g was 161 mAh/g at 2.0 - 4.5 V, the capacity retention was 96.9% when cycle 50 times at 5.0 C.
