摘  要:用化学沉积法,在尖晶石Li1.1Mn1.9O4表面包覆FePO4。用XRD、SEM和充放电测试,分析了包覆前后的材料。Fe-PO4包覆量为5%的Li1.1Mn1.9O4在高温(55℃)下以1 mA在3.0~4.3 V循环30次,容量损失率为6.75%,低于包覆前的26.52%,原因是FePO4薄膜隔离了电解液和正极材料。FePO4均匀包覆在表面,没有改变Li1.1Mn1.9O4的结构。FePO4 was coated on the surface Of spinel Li1.1Mn1.9O4 by chemical deposition method. The materials before and after coating were analyzed by XRD, SEM and charge-discharge tests. The capacity loss ratio of Li1.1M n1.9 O4 coated 5 % FePO4 was 6.75% when cycled 30 times at 3.0- 4.3 V with 1 mA under high temperature (55 ℃),smaller than 26.52% of before coating. The reason was that the FePO4 thin film separated electrolyte and cathode material. FePO4 coated on the surface uniformly did not change the structure of Li1.1Mn1.9 O4.
