摘  要:分别采用一步法和分步法制备了含钒的ZnO/USY(REUSY)/Al2O3/高岭土体系降硫助剂。对比了不同制备方法、不同活性组分前驱物、不同含钒质量分数、不同种类Y型分子筛对助剂降硫性能的影响。结果表明,采用分步法制备的含钒降硫助剂中Y型分子筛晶体结构保留完整;以自制ZnO为活性组分前驱物与USY和高岭土复配,采用分步法制备的含钒降硫助剂,相对脱硫率达到34.9%,对产品分布没有明显影响,汽油的辛烷值基本保持不变。The sulfur reduction additive ZnO/USY (REUSY)/Al2OJkaolin containing vanadium was prepared by one - step method and stepwise method. The effects of preparation methods, active constituent precursors, vanadium contents and the type of Y molecular sieves on the desulfurization performance of the additive were contrasted in a confined fluidized -bed reactor. The results showed that the Y molecular sieve crystal structure in the additive prepared by stepwise method was retained integrally. The additive synthesized by stepwise method using laboratory prepared ZnO as active component displayed high desulfurization ability with a relative percentage of desulfurization of 34.9%, and the product distribution and the gasoline octane value had no significant change.
