摘 要:以高岭土微球为原料,通过原位晶化制备了NaY沸石,并考察了各种因素对原位晶化产物介孔的影响。结果表明,在喷雾土球中加入质量分数为4%的扩孔剂NC,可以提高晶化产物的介孔孔容及孔径;以高温焙烧土球为原料,加入质量分数为4%的扩孔剂NC,当晶化溶液Na2O/SiO2摩尔比为0.42时,产物最可几孔分布增加到10 nm左右,有利于重油分子扩散。NaY zeolite was in -situ crystallization with kaolin microspheres as raw materials, and the influence factors of mesopore in the products were investigated. The results showed that the volume and diameter of mesopore were improved by adding pore creating agent of mass fraction of 4%. The in - situ crystallized products with high mesopore volume could be achieved when the pure calcined kaolin microspheres with pore creating agent of mass fraction of 4% was used to replace the mixture of kaolin and metakaolin microspheres as raw materials and the mole ratio of Na20 to SiO2 was 0.42.
