脱蜡助滤剂的工业应用

摘　　要：在中国石油兰州石化公司19万t／a的溶剂脱蜡装置中，加入了R150脱蜡助滤剂，进行了工业应用试验。结果表明，脱蜡助滤剂加入到精制一段脱沥青油（残渣）后，去蜡油收率提高了7．5～7．7个百分点；随着脱蜡助滤剂含量的增加，去蜡油收率进一步提高的幅度不大。脱蜡助滤剂加入到精制减压四线油中，过滤速度由134．4kg／（m2．h）提高到179．2kg／（m2·h）。装置在加工残渣原料时，脱蜡助滤剂加入量按150ug／g计，可增加经济效益330万元／a。Dewaxing filter aid R 150 was used in a 190 kt/a solvent dewaxing unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. The results showed that the yield of dewaxing oil increased by 7.5 - 7.7 percentage points after the aid was added in the crude material. But with increasing the aid amount ,further improvement of the dewaxing oil yield was not higher. The filter rate was improved from 134.4 kg/（ m2 · h）to 179.2 kg/（m2 · h）after the aid was added in the forth - side vacuum stream. With the residue as raw material, the economic benefit could increased by 3.3 million yuan/a when the aid amount was 150 ug/g.
