摘　　要：介绍了LBO催化剂在1.5 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明,在原料性质和主要操作条件基本不变的前提下,使用LBO降烯烃催化剂后,装置操作平稳;汽油烯烃体积分数下降了8.7个百分点,辛烷值略有下降,诱导期延长;对产品质量无不良影响。The industrial application of catalyst LBO in a 1. 5 Mt/a heavy oil fluidized - bed catalytic cracking unit was introduced. The results showed that after using catalyst LBO, the unit was operated steadily under the same raw material and operating conditions. The volume fraction of alkene in gasoline was decreased by 8.7 percentage points, the octane number was a little reduced and the induction period was prolonged. The qualities of products were not affected.
