摘　　要：讨论了PVC加工过程中物料的塑化情况,以及PVC加工过程的主要影响因素,指出以塑化时间及塑化扭矩为定量指标的润滑平衡规律对PVC润滑配方设计具有参考意义。The plastification situation of PVC during processing was discussed as well as the main factors of influencing the processing process of PVC. It was indicated that the lubrication balance law indicated by plastification time and plastification torque as quantitative indexes had the guiding meaning to the designing of PVC lubrication formula.
