摘 要:目的为了探讨淋病奈瑟菌耐药谱与质粒谱之间的相互关系。方法我们对本地区1991年、1996年各50株标本进行了耐药谱、质粒谱分析。以琼脂扩散法测定其12种抗生素敏感性;碱裂解加溶菌酶法进行质粒抽提。结果1991年分离的标本以同时耐2种抗生素者为主,耐药谱型24种,质粒谱型5种。1996年分离的标本以同时耐3或4种抗生素者为主,耐药谱型34种,质粒谱型10种。结论不同时期分离的标本耐药谱、质粒谱变化较大。同一时期分离的标本尽管耐药谱型较分散,但质粒谱型相对稳定。说明本地区淋病奈瑟菌耐药菌株的流行主要是染色体突变所致。Objective To study the correlation of antibiotic resistent and plasmid profiles of Neisseria gonorrhoeae.Methods We analysed the antibiotic resistant profiles and the plasmid profiles of 50 strains in 1991 and 50 strains in 1996.Susceptibilities to 12 antibiotics were determined by agar diffusion method,and plasmids were extracted by alkali with lysozyme.Resulths There were 24 kinds antibiotic resistant profiles and 5 kinds plasmid profiles of 50 strains isolated in 1991.Antibioticresistant profiles increased up to 34 and plasmid profiles increased up to 10 of 50 strains isolated in 1996.Multi resistant strains were mainly to resist 2 antibiotics in 1991,3 or 4 antibiotics in 1996.Conclusions There was a big change in antibiotic resistant profiles and plasmid profiles of strains isolated during different periods,although antibitic resistant had varous profiles,the plasmid profiles kept little change at the same time.It revealed that the epidemic drug resistant were caused by chromatosome mutation.
