泰力特治疗性病相关性前列腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价泰力特对伴有淋球菌（ＮＧ）、沙眼衣原体（ＣＴ）及解脲支原体（ＵＵ）感染的前列腺炎的疗效。方法口服泰力特配合前列腺按摩和热水坐浴治疗性病相关性前列腺炎６２例。结果总有效率为８８．７％。病原体阴转率为９６．８％。前列腺液常规恢复正常者占８７．１％。未出现明显副作用。结论泰力特对治疗与性病有关的前列腺炎具有疗效好，副作用少，服用方便等优点。Objective To evaluate the treatment of azithromycin on prostatitis infected with NG,CT and UU.Method Azithroycin was administed to 68 cases with prostatitis relating to sexually transmitted disease.Results The effective rate was 88.7%.Pathogens were elimated in 96.8% Patients,87.1% of patients normalized their prostatic fluid.There was no signficant side effect.Conclusion Azithromycin was effective,little side effect and conveniant for venereal disase associated prostatitis.
