摘 要:在pH4.5和100μmol铝离子浓度环境条件下,采用水培方法对27个紫花苜蓿品种的铝敏感程度进行评价。通过分析铝胁迫处理植株的根长、株高、茎叶生物量和根系生物量的相对生长量,以及根系活力、丙二醛含量和Fv/Fm值的变化,并利用聚类分析方法对27个紫花苜蓿品种进行了耐铝性能的聚类,结果表明,27个品种的耐铝性能存在很大差异,依据其耐铝性能的差异,将27个紫花苜蓿品种分成4类,其中,第Ⅳ类的4个品种:巨人802、丰宝、WL525和萨兰多的铝敏感性最低,耐铝性能最强,该类组的根长、茎叶生物量、根系生物量和根系活力的相对抑制率分别比敏感类(第1类)低18.43%、34.44%、38.59%、81.65%,本研究结果对选择在酸性土壤种植的紫花苜蓿品种具有很好的指导作用。Tolerances of 27 different Medicago sativa cultivators to pH 4.5 and 100μmol Al3+ were investigated under water culture. relative growth of root length, stem height, aboveground biomass and belowground biomass, as well aschanges in root vigor, malonaldehyde content and values of Fv/Fm were measured and then the 27 different Medicago sativa strains were clustered into different groups using cluster analysis. The results indicated that these Medicago sativa strains differ significantly in their Al3+ tolerances and can be classified into four groups based on their A13+ tolerances. The Medicago sativa strains in group IV, including Juren 802, Fengbao, WL525 and Salanduo were best tolerant to Al3+stress in four cluster. The inhibited rate reduced 18.43%, 34.44%, 38.59% and 81.65% in terms of root length, aboveground biomass, belowground biomass and root vigor, respectively compared with those of group I, which were most sensitive to A13+ stress.
