摘　　要：目的解决下睑袋所有畸形,如皮肤肌肉松垂、眶内脂肪增多、眶骨的衰变,眶隔强度变弱眶内脂肪疝出、眶下缘皱襞形成。方法应用眼轮匝肌悬吊法的同时又对眶隔及眶下皱襞进行处理固定修整下睑袋。结果近几年对32例患者进行治疗,得到满意效果。结论能解决以上所有畸形并达到较长久的下睑年轻化,又无并发症。Objective The study is to correct all the deformities of the lower eyelid.There is a re- gressive keletonization of the orbit as the soft-tissue covering of the lower eyelid skin and orbicularis oculli descend downward due to loss of tone,and the orbital fat herniates through a weakened septum orbitale, resulting in an infraorbital crease.Methods We suspend the orbicularis oculi muscle and fix the orbital septum in blepharoplasty.Results This method has been used in 32 patients with satisfactory results in recent years.Conclusion The technique can improve all the deformities of the baggy eyelids and achieve long-lasting youthful countenance.
