摘  要:探讨绒毛化、解键剂用量、压榨压力、干燥工艺参数等对绒毛浆板性能的影响。研究结果表明,绒毛化作用提高了浆料的结晶度,这对提高纤维的蓬松度和吸水性有着重要意义;解键剂用量增加,其耐破度减小,对绒毛浆板的吸水性有不利影响,但提高了绒毛浆抄造纸页的保水值、吸水速度,最佳解键剂用量为0.1%~0.5%;压榨压力越大,其耐破度越大,当压力为2MPa时,耐破度在400~500kPa范围,达到生产要求;干燥的快慢对绒毛浆板的耐破度和吸水性也有较大影响。经检测自制绒毛浆的纤维长度为2.45mm,白度为85.56%ISO,吸水量达11.908g·g-1,吸水速度为2.212mm·s-1,蓬松度为28.653cm3·g-1,符合国家优等品要求,与进口绒毛浆质量相差不大。Technological parameters of fluffing, dosage of debonder, pressure, drying and their influence on the properties of fluff pulp board and absorbency of fluff pulp was discussed. The results showed that the crystallinity of fluff pulp was increasing, which enhanced the bulkiness and the absorbent of great significance; when the dosage of debonder was increasing, the burst and hydroscopicity of fluff pulp was reducing, but the absorbing water speed and water retention value of paper which made by flull plup was increased, the best dosage of debonder was 0.1%-0.5%; the higher the pressure, the greater the degree of bursting, when the pressure is 2MPa, the burst was at 400-500kPa, to the production requirements; the bursting strength and water absorption were influenced by drying speed of the fluff pulp greatly. The fluff pulp which length of self-made fluff pulp fiber 2.45mm, the brightness 85.56%ISO, the soakage 11.908g·g^-1, the absorbing water speed 2.212mm·s^-1, the bulk 28.653cm3·g^-1, conformed to the national superior product requirement, comparing with imported fluffpulp, the difference is not big.
